Using Shaka to Schedule Coffee Chats
Shaka uses Microsoft and Google APIs to find convenient times and automatically schedule coffee chat meetings amongst employees. This requires additional IT Admin permissions. Please review the page associated with your email provider below.
What if my company does not use Outlook or Google Calendar?
If your company does not utilize Outlook or Google Calendar, please reach out to our team at contact@joinshaka.com to learn more about how Shaka might still be able to support your workspace.
What if my company does not permit apps to connect via Microsoft or Google's secure APIs?
If your company does not allow any 3rd party applications access to Outlook or Google Calendar, you will not be able to utilize the Shaka Connections feature. The good news is, you should be able to use Shaka's other features that do not require calendar access.
